Raynsway Properties sold to private investor

North Leicestershire based Raynsway Properties has been sold to private clients of Boundary Real Estate Partners.

The family-owned property company has a portfolio of more than 350,000 sq ft of office and industrial units, which comprises 43-acre Watermead Business Park and Leicester Marina.

Boundary Real Estate Partners secured the portfolio off market through a corporate acquisition in December 2022 Mike Morrison, partner at Boundary Real Estate Partners, said: “The Raynsway portfolio is a unique opportunity for Boundary. We are excited to bring forward our development and active management plans for the estate”.
